Check off another win this past weekend as well. Raced at Northstar Dragway's racer appreciation race and NHRA King of the Track. Won no electronics saturday night and then turned it into a wally win after winning the run off for the King of the Track beating the super pro winner! ;D Finally after 12 years and 15 wally final rounds later I get the monkey off my back and win my first wally!!!!! Not too bad since Time Trials started at 5pm(saturday) and I was still putting the transmission back into the car and loading it on the trailer at 5:15pm then raced all night as we ran the King of the Track run off at 5am sunday morning. Needless to say I was pretty much a waste of life yesterday!

Congratulations Madone, this board has nothing but killers on it and i love it, i would love to race with some of ya'll, racing with killers brings out the best in everyone, seems like most of you guys are bottom bulbers, I'm a top bulb guy, I love to be chased, got really big mirrors. ;D I would rather race a dragster than a door car, i have not foot braked in years, I may try it just so i can double enter. Let me tell you something you are a great driver if you can win in s/pro leaving off the bottom as well as winning in your own class on the same night, i don't have to name names ya'll know who you are, I have double entered in s/pro and index class and done well but not to double up in the same night

Butterbean, I race both electronics and no electronics every weekend. I learned a couple years ago I need to run as many classes as possible to keep me from having time to think and screw everything up ;D

I think I will try it (s/pro and pro) the next time i go to the track, I still need to put my exhaust on and new tires, then I will have a base line before i switch over. I've changed the converter and gear, made some passes and the car liked it, I don't know how much the exhaust will slow it down but I need to get the exhaust (ethanol) out from under the car. I have 4" exhaust and borla muffins ;D I hope it don't slow down much.

OH! OH! and you as well ajcasini, I should have read it better, you have by far the coolest car that I've seed on this board, I used to be a MOPER guy in my early race days, I had a 68 GTX 440-4BBL auto trans and 8 3/4 with 391's still my favorite car ever!

Thanks! My opponent red lighted in the final so I lifted. Both cars varied only .03 all night. usually on gas it would be more like .08. I have 9 hard seasons on the engine in one car.
