the 8 go alittle bit further around but less jet I can see the difference now in the 2 now the 8's had 91 jets and 7's had 94 jets

ok. is the darker color around the base ring fuel soot or is it color from heat?

Looks to me like there is too much heat there. I don't see a blue line on ground strap. looks like heat goes all the way to the base ring and goes a little more than half way around. i would jet up to 96 and then read a new plug. If a blue line doesn't show on ground strap just above where it attaches to the base ring, i would back timing down to 35. both of these will cool down combustion.
