Guys, Yesterday, I fired up the E85 powered Camaro after another winter in storage. This is my third straight year keeping my entire fuel system wet with E85. I always run a little Marvels Mystery Oil in with my fuel (1 ounce of MMO to a gallon of E85). When I put it away last Fall, I topped off the aluminum fuel cell and closed the garage door....that is it folks. Once again, there have been no corriosion or moisture issues. I live in central Illinois if you need a weather reference. I am posting this because I feel that the fuel has been wrongfully thrown in with pain-in-the-rump methanol. Do not be afraid to try E85! Thanks for the info Smitty. Makes a newbie feel good about the decision to make the switch. I was thinking about using a little MMO too(since I already have a bunch of it sitting on a shelf) but wasn't sure what ratio to use.

I have been using 1 ounce of MMO per gallon since I started with E85. I do not remember why that is the ratio I decided on, but it has not hurt any. Best of luck to all, Smitty
