adamsvega, welcome to the board. You and I both are currently switching injection to E85 now. Mine is blown, is yours? I am still getting the car back together but what I have is a gasoline tuneup and a methanol tuneup and a working knowledge of air/fuel ratios of E85 as it pertains to carbureted applications. I figure with all that an injected E85 tune should be a piece of cake. As far as your ethanol percentages go I do sell a really inexpensive and accurate tester that will quickly tell you how much ethanol there is in any particular batch you just picked up from the corner store. With that knowledge you can adjust your fuel or your tune if need be real quick and easy. Oh yea we can handle your carbs however you want, with a kit or full service conversions.

the vega is a n/a methanol toilet ,the d/r car is top secret and runs a home built blow through carb , and the wife racecar has one of my 666 cfm (600dp)carbs. my sig and avitar will show em if i can figure out how!!! well the delema is that i just cant drop the % area of the nozzles to the engine to switch . as i drop the nozzles down the psi and flow go up slightly . so it is not linear for us mech. f/i guys i tried to step down gradually and 032 was still rich . i found a flow chart for psi in a old kinsler book and it referenced psi rise /fall so the best guess is go 028 or 026 . if you have the pill and nozzles sizes for gas and methanol tune up would ya pm me them and i can plot out both fuel curves and run a few iterations to see if i'm close . (dont forget the bypass and psi if ya got em)
