heath....i have basically a stock short block .060 over 360, 8.2-1 mild cam,indy cylinder heads,good intake,600 vac.,full msd ign.,stock pump and lines...i drive on the street to the track and run 7.7's on 87 oct pump gas...will i see a power increase and what changes will i need for e85 to work on my styreet engine?

I feel you will see improvements on this combination over 87 octane pump gas for sure. Changes will need to be made to your carb and maybe your fuel system depending on how you have it plumbed now.

stock pump 6 psi with 3/8 feed line to carb

Stock pump will work for a while I ran it for about 3 weeks without any ill effects, but the 6psi will be an issue. I run about 8 psi regulated fuel pressure. You will be able to get away with jetting up but you will have to go up about 15 sizes to get it close without modifying the metering blocks, this is my experience with stock equipment, you will never get the full benefit from E85 unless you do it the right way. Thats just my 2 cents.
