NO, you have to run it richer on the fuel side. Reference O2-Technologies link at the bottom of my site. They've done all the research on E85 and N2O. We have had great results from just fatting up the fuel side by 25-30% and leaving the nitrous side alone, but that's just us if you really want to know all the ins and outs see the guys at O2-Technologies.
