Through a quick Google search I came up with a formula, reference the link: www.experiencefestival.com/a/E85_-_Technical_details_on_Air_Fuel_Ratios_required_for_burning_E85_gasoline_and_ethanol/id/1345236which gave a great example: 0.70 x 9.0078 + 0.30 x 14.64 = 10.6975 I suppose you could use this for any ethanol blend to find stoichiometric. The best octane rating I can come up with for E70 is around 100. Hope this helps.
