I have a street car w/ 8-71 BDS blower on a 540 BBC with electronic fuel injection on e85. My EGT temp goes from 800 at an idle to 1400 when I bring the motor off an idle to around 2500 in 30 seconds. I have changed everything on the EFI/fuel/brain/fuel curve/timing/ignition/boost/under over/two camshafts/3 tuners who all say the efi is working. On e85 the air tem is 52 degrees at the hat, the blower is very cool to the touch and the air temp directly under the blower comes out or is mixing with air in the motor at 200 degrees?? Can that be right. the car will eventually get heat soaked and I have to stop running in about 25 minutes. any ideas

for some reason the fuel circut is lean. do you have an afr (air fuel ratio) guage or meter? set it to read in lambda so you can see where the reading goes. that way you don't have to worry if it s reading on the gas or ethanol scale. Good luck
