Hi All, New to the site...looks like a lot of great info! I just converted to E85 in my drag car and have a question. What sort of IAT's are the best? I have read that E85 like more heat for efficient combustion. I have an air to water intercooler and have been treating it like race gas...meaning cooler is better. Thanks for any input. Jim

Welcome Jim. Not sure I can give you a definite answer. I would think that cooler is still better when we're talking about intake charge. Cooler means more dense which generally translates to more power. E85 does seem to like higher engine temps, but one of the benefits of this fuel is it's ability of cooling the intake charge. I would suggest trying different IAT's to see if it may actually like it warmer. Generally, heat is usually the enemy though when it comes to intake charge. I know that my motors always love the crisp cold air of winter, even on E85! Good luck. Keep us posted!

I was going to chime in but I'm not the one to give advice on boosted apps. I was hoping that Adam would chime in on this one, but we will see,
