Here are some gaskets from SCE. They do not crush into the crevices of the metering blocks, are infinitely reusable, and do not break down with E85. Summit Racing has them in stock, ready to ship. They are at the top of the catalog page, Injection Molded Gaskets. viewer.zmags.com/publication/a5d6b46f#/a5d6b46f/70

Thanks for the compliment, Adam. Hope all is well with you, and good luck this season.
I tested these gaskets, and they are the final word in Holley gaskets. They do not push into the emulsion channels, or the idle channels. They seal tight, and when you disassemble the carb for tuning/post-race cleanup, the metering blocks and bowls literally fall off in your hand. Also, since they do not compress/break down like the paper gaskets, when you torque the screws (I use a Wiha Torque Control Driver, variable) they stay put.
Here is the SCE part number list:
Description Qty Part #
4150 Metering Gaskets (2 pc) 410 4150/4160 Bowl Gaskets (2 pc) 411 4150 Carb Gasket Set (2 pair) 412 4500 Metering Gaskets (2 pc) 450 4500 Bowl Gaskets (2 pc) 451 4500 Carb Gasket Set (2 pair) 452 4150 Metering Dyno-Pak (10 pc) 410-10 4150/4160 Bowl Dyno-pak (10 pc) 411-10 4500 Metering Dyno-pak (10 pc) 450-10 4500 Bowl Dyno-pak (10 pc) 451-10
Hope this helps, and good luck to all.

Here is an update - DO NOT use these gaskets with E85. I am not sure who tested these gaskets for SCE, but it could not have been for long. I pulled the car off the trailer today, made a pass, and I couldn't figure out why the car sputtered and sneezed on the launch. I came back to the pits, took the carburetor apart, and found that the E85 had distorted the gaskets so bad, that none of the passages were lining up any longer. Especially the accelerator circuits. They were almost completely closed off. I threw them in the trash, installed a fresh set of Holley Blue gaskets, and voila! Runs perfect again. Sorry for wasting the space to write about them in the first place.

If you are looking for a good alternative to the blue holley gaskets look up superformance products. I have been using them on all my builds and they are the best around. Www.superformanceproducts.com

Here is another update to the gaskets. I spoke to Caleb at SCE. They had done extensive testing with these gaskets, which involved submerging the gaskets in E85 for two months. No problems were noted during the tests, and to date, SCE has no knowledge of any failures with practical use. SCE wants to investigate any claims of failure (of which I am now aware of several). They sent me a new set of gaskets to test for them, and I will report my findings to them, as well as here. I love the design of the gaskets, but they might need a bit of tweaking with the formula to dial them in. More to follow........
