Went to take a shakedown and the car cut off on me in the water box would crank up so had to get pushed back. Finally fired up somehow and ran a 6.04 115.81 Cut off on me when I went thru the lights .So had to get pulled back to the trailer.. Tried to crank up n had no fire to the coil..Missed the 1st round qualifying thought it was the msd 6al box so I got a 7al box and it cranked went up to run the second qualifying and it did it again so had to get pull back to the trailer.. Same guy I got the box from came over and took a jumper wire and stuck one in the purple n teal wire to see if the start plug was firing. figured out what was wrong..The crank trigger was bad..Plugged the msd wire straight to the distributor.. Cranked up I was number 7 qualifier out of 7..Had to face the number 2 guy ran a 6.02 him 6.10 and beat him then raced the number 3 guy ran a 6.05 6.13? and beat him then I red lighted in the finals against the number one guy 6.06 Him 5.96.. So I good day but a awful day..

IF THE DAYS ADR IS EFFECTING CAR PAST THE NORMAL H/P CORRECTION YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE TUNE UP . IF TRANS TEMP IS THINNING OIL IS LOOSING CONVERTER .THEN SWITCH TO A THICKER 5/30 TRACTOR HYDROLIC OIL IN TRANS .
IF BLOCK TEMP IS EFFECTING RING SEAL .THEN DEEP COOL THE CAR OR JUST GO IN BOX COLDER ..
IF 60 FT IS CULPRIT SEE IF ITS TIRE SLIP OR PUMP SHOT .VIDEO IT .THE LIGHTER, HIGHER GEAR ,LOOSER CONVERTER CARS DONT NEED A BIG PUMP SHOT AND/OR EARLY SO WEATHER EFFECTS IT AND ET MORE

The racer making the claim must specify the violation to be checked for. If the inspection requires a teardown of any part of the competitors car, claimant must put up a $500 protest bond. If the racer is found guilty of that rule violation, the claimant will get his protest money back. If the racer is found innocent the racer gets $400 for the unnecessary teardown and Performance Street of the Carolinas will get $100 for tech fees. If the inspection does not requires a teardown of any part of the competitors car. The claimant must put up a $200 protest bond. Same percentage of split if innocent.
13. Performance Street of the Carolinas reserves the right to amend rules as needed to maintain the integrity, fairness, and purpose of this class, or if any combination routinely outperforms all others. If needed, weight and nitrous jet may be changed to keep a level playing field. Any competitor found to be illegal during any type of spot check will be subject to suspension and will forfeit all winnings.
