10 inches of snow going to fall today.. And I cranked the car last night and I'm having some issues.. It's back firing thru the carb

do fords swap firing order on cams? or did you adjust the valves wrong or time it wrong ?

15.45 to 1 compression don't like the cold.. I had some vp 112 in that's been sitting for 6 or 7 months.. Engine don't like the cold
