Hello everyone,
I have a 468 BBC with 14:1 compression. Not sure on cam specs as the motor was already built before I bought it. I got a good deal on a used Holley dominator set up for e85. Would e85 be a good choice for this setup? I am also running nitrous on it. Going to start with a 200 shot and go from there. Any thoughts on enrichment fuel or would e85 be good for that as well?
Thanks!

THE NOS TUNE ON E85 IS SEPARATE FROM THE GAS TUNE . THERE IS A BIG WINDOW ON TIMING AND FUEL . THERE IS TWO WAYS I TUNE IT . 30% OVER AND PULL TIMING TO KEEP IT HAPPY ON 200 SHOT AND LESS. THERE IS A TREND TO HOSE THE GAS LONG AND HARD AND KEEP TIMING REDUCTION TO A MIN. AND ADD FUEL TO KEEP IT HAPPY . THIS SEEMED TO WORK FOR GUYS THAT WERE RESTRICTED CLASSES WANTING MAJOR GAINS .NOT FOR THE POOR OR FAINT OF HEART TUNER. LASTLY SOME HAVE TRIED TO USE THE PROGRESSIVE BURN RATE OF E85 TO LEAN ON IT WITH THE GAS ON. I HAVE NOT DONE THIS BUT IT LIVES . RIGHT NOW WERE TO BE 770 ON MOTOR WITH A 600+N20 POSSIBLE . IN CLASS WE GET A WEIGHT BREAK FOR LEAFS AND 23*HEADS .WE CAN USE THE PUSHER SYSTEM TO FLOW ENOUGH THROUGH THE TRASHCANS .
