ok everybody its time to get this site rocking again, first lets here everybodys winter projects, mine is almost finished, I have a 1988 T-Bird that has a BBF yes a ford and its my first ford ever, so with that said its a .030 over 429 thunderjet motor out of a 1968 T-Bird, its 11.5to 1 and it has a small solid roller, ported stock 68 heads and a victor 460 intake, talking to Justus now about a carb, it has a C-6 and a 5000 stall with a brake and a 9" with 456 gears, I will weigh it as soon as its running. I will be removing the Buick picture shortly as soon as its running ;D

just tell him to bring everything back home and if I don't need some of the stuff I will sell it, I need a good stock crank rite now for the 460, it has to be the 2Y casting and I need 1 .030 over flat top for it as well its forged and I will get the part number and post it in a little while, I also need a set of heads like aluminum SCJ's I don't care if they are the older ones.

My winter project is going on it's second winter now. I'll be finishing the motor today and putting it in the roadster tomorrow. Got a new FTI converter yesterday, so I have no excuses now. I'll be hearing some smoke in a couple of days. When racing kicks back up in January, she'll be ready.

already made some noise and did not like what I herd, I was just to cautious on this build being my first ford so I took it apart and changed the rockers fron 1.7 to 1.8 to help the small cam and took off the victor 460 intake and the dommy to install a weiand selth and a holley 950 hp, so I think this will help the small CI of this motor, rounding up parts to build a 460 and it will be a little more like the 454's that I'm use to

JP did your engine guy make your engine bigger? I'm building a few motors rite now, I'm doing a 468 BBF and a 611 BBF for the same guy and I'm doing a 462 Pontiac and I'm rounding up parts for my .030 over 460 short block, I'm going to run mine just for a little while then change my short block
