My names Scottie Bell, and i'm from Indian Trail North Carolina. Here to learn as much as i can about E85, as i would like to switch over. Right now i am running a 13 to 1 364 in my 89 S10 Pickup. I pay a ton of Child support to the ex wife, and I use 110 for fuel, and at 10.00 a gallon its killing me. I like what i have read so far on other sites, i heard this was the place to be to learn the right way. I have a station about 20 minutes from me in Charlotte that sells E85 and it would help out my costs tons. Look forward to getting to know you guys. ;D Scottie Bell

Welcome Scottie. E85 is the way to go,especially when you look at the cost. It makes going to the races more affordable. if you were to break down the cost per run, taking into account warm up time and fuel used from pit back to pit, as well as the cost of the fuel in question, E85 is the most economical to run. It will, in most cases, out perform race gas & isn't far off from methanol. i try to spread the word at the track, but it amazes me how people just don't seem to be interested in this fuel. Some have pre conceived notions about it & want no part of it. I love this fuel & I think you will too!!!! ;D
