Having issues with my e85 conversion

I started out with a Holley750hp carb and jetted up to 80p and 97s jets.I drilled out the pvcr on the primary block to a .086 changed out the pump cams from pinks to a brown on the primary side and a blue on the secondary.Still using the 30cc pumps. .042p squirter and .040s sqiurter.So far at wot my wide band reads low 13's and at a 60mph cruise it goes into the low 11:1 range.Also the car doesn't like to idle until I get it in the 12.8:1 range.What else can I do to richen up the wot and lean out the cruise into the 14:1 range.Any help or suggestions are appreciated,thanks Scott
