Just got in from Speeds New Hope Dragstrip, Got to 4 cars in Pro class and didn't hit the brakes hard enough at the end broke out by .003, BUT we got to the FINALS in Super Pro and decided to split the money and have some fun, we both Dialed a 7.50 and had a pump feast at the end of the track, I killed 13 mph and still ran a 7.489 to the other guys 7.507 but another final round for the ole cornfed Camaro. Taking tomorrow off and heading to Brown County on Sunday. Stay Tuned...

Got in a couple hours ago from Brown County Dragway. They put on a .500 pro tree race and we won it. Car was deadly all day. We got entered into the dial race so who runs closest to dial wins and we ran dead on with a zero. Got to 4 cars in pro and broke out by .003 again. Guess gonna have to star dialing more honest. Points have been posted and I am now leading the Pro Points at Brown County by 6 points. Havent ran Super Pro in 2 weeks and still sitting in 2nd place in Super Pro Points.. I think I am gonna jet down a little bit for this weekend, car keeps breaking out late in the rounds gonna see what we can do to fix that. Weekend Schedule looks like the Normal, Friday Night Speeds, Saturday Lyons Raceway Park and, Sunday Brown County Dragway, stay tuned I will try to do a better job posting while at the track but it's pretty hard being double entered and taking time to post. Stay Tuned..

Rain rain and more rain here in central indiana. No racing today or yesterday. Hopefully tomorrow mother nature will let us go play.

Welp just got back from brown county dragway. Got to 4 cars then the starter decided he needed to spray no drench the track with vht needless to say the car dead hooked and had to kill .005 at the stripe and gave the stripe back. So another solid finish but not good enough for me. Word for starters out there if you dont spray the track all day dont decide to do it in the semis. Until next week we will see ya!

Just got in from Speeds Dragstrip. Man I had a bad case of red lights tonight. But the car was Deadly. Check these numbers out. Unladed the car at 7pm. Car went 7.319 rd 2 car went 7.316. Rd 3 car went 7.313. Rd 1 elims car goes 7.311, rd 2 elims car goes 7.318. Rd3 elims car went 7.320 pedaling. Rd4 went 7.33 pedaling rd 5 car went 7.309. Rd 6 went .498 red but the car went 7.313. Temp was 75 went i unloaded was 12am when i loaded it up and weather station was showing 54 degrees and that is all the car varied all night. I think i need to hire a driver the way i have been driving lately. Oh well taking tomorrow off and heading to brown county on sunday. Talk to u then. I'm out.

Ok so not the greatest weekend of racing for me. Double entered today at Brown County Dragway, entered up in Pro and Super Pro. Got to 4 cars in Super Pro and the tires shook a little off the line and gave the win to the other lane, rolled up for the next round in Pro at 5 cars and I took into consideration the track may be going away and broke out yet once again, went a 7.355 on a 7.36 dial. I guess you could say I am in a bit of a slump...hopefully next week will bring some changes in my results... Until next week. I'm out..  |
