Blown E85 sbc tuning

Just built a blown sbc on e85. Two 750 quickfuel e85 blower carbs. I'm fighting a tune and can't get it close. Carb tuning is not my area of expertise. How would you guys tackle this? Starts, runs, idles and revs well but I'm at about 40 percent power loss off idle when I hit the gas under load. I can tell the mixture or something is way off. Can't find anyone in town that has any experience with blown e85 cars. Thanks for the help.

try the proe85 website. A couple of those guys are blown and run e85. justice actually runs a blown sbc on this site, though he doesn't post often anymore. Hope you get the help you need.
