No i have nothing in them im going to knock some of it out by using a 5/8 bolt threw top a arm and use it as one

i put a set of urethane bumpers in mine. they don't compress as much as the original rubber ones.

Its new to me im hoping when i do it it doesnt blow the tires off im gonna try no travel then 3 in try it and the go to 5in

Thx bean as of last night i put 96 jets in my car no where to test so its whatever it is when i get to the track hope it helps oh and got my polyurethane bump stops in gonna be double enter this weekend in s/p
