I just want to thank Heath for all the help in getting our 1050 converted over to E-85. He has bent over backwards to see that we got our conversion kit in a timely manner so we could try it at a Mud race. So far the out come is amazing. Now we are fighting a traction problem from an increase in torque and power. More info is going to be posted on this conversion after this weekend's race. Thanks again Heath.

It's a pleasure working with you Coyote. I can't wait to see that mud puppy scoot. I know y'all have had a challenge working out the conversion on your particular combination but y'all have done a GREAT job. Thanks for the kind words and I'm looking forward to doing more with you in the future.

JUST WANTED TO DROP A LINE AND SAY THAT IT HAS BEEN A PLEASURE WORKING WITH HEATH ON THIS E85 STUFF. FROM MY FIRST TALK WITH HIM AND HIS DAD AT GREENSBORO TO NOW , YOU COULDN'T ASK FOR ANY MORE HELP THAN WHAT HE HAS DONE. I KNEW THAT IT WOULD BE A LEARNING CURVE TO IT AND I TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD STICK IT OUT AND NOT GIVE UP. I'M GLAD I DID. THE CAR PERFORMS BETTER AND RUNS COOLER AND RIGHT NOW I'D FIGHT A MAN OVER MY CARB.LOL. THE OTHER WEEKEND I GOT ANOTHER RUNNER UP AT DARLINGTON. I PLAN TO HELP PASS ANY INFO THAT I GET ON TO HEATH TO HELP PEOPLE OUT TRYING TO MAKE THE SWITCH. IF I CAN HELP ANYBODY ELSE OUT PLEASE LET ME KNOW. THAD COOK #2270 PTRA 7.0 CLASS.

Just wanted to let you know how the new set-up was doing on the mud truck. Before the change to E-85 it went 4.05-4.10 on the 200ft track. This weekend we ran 3.790 twice back to back. Man is that consistant. Still working on the suspension to try and calm the spinning down. One main thing I have noticed is there is more torque when we launch than when we used 112 octane racing fuel. Got a few more changes to make on torque convertor stall and we should be back in # 1 position again. Not bad for a truck weighing in a 4100lbs vs 2800lbs trucks in our class.
Thanks for all the help and info Heath. Look forward to seeing the E-85 crowd grow.
